How RGL turns mobile network data into real-time foot traffic — a 7-step flow from geofence setup to coupon redemption, powered by 8 years of telecom infrastructure.

For 8 years we've operated geolocation consent platforms for major European mobile operators — processing location data, managing GDPR compliance, and enabling targeted campaigns. Zero privacy incidents.

One question kept coming back from enterprise clients: Can you close the loop? Can we go from knowing where customers are to actually driving them into our stores?

That's what we're piloting with RGL.

The concept is a closed-loop 7-step flow that connects campaign managers, mobile network infrastructure, and customers:

Step 1 — Location: A campaign manager identifies a branch or store for a geo-targeted campaign. A geofence is defined around the location (typically 300m radius).

Step 2 — Setup: The campaign is configured in the company's CMS or CDP — defining the customer segment, the offer, the delivery channel (RCS/SMS), and the validity window.

Step 3 — Subscribe: The CMS subscribes to geofence events via the RGL. One integration covers all mobile operator networks automatically.

Step 4 — Location Tracking: The platform monitors mobile network signals. When a customer from the subscribed segment enters the geofence, their location is detected via cell tower triangulation. No app installation. No GPS. Works on any phone with a SIM card.

Step 5 — Event Trigger: An onEntry event fires in under 1 second. The system validates GDPR consent, campaign rules, and contact policy before proceeding.

Step 6 — Notification: The customer receives a personalized RCS message with a time-limited coupon code directly on their phone.

Step 7 — Visit: The customer walks into the branch and redeems the coupon. Foot traffic generated. Revenue captured. Loop closed.

The infrastructure has always existed — consent platforms, network APIs, location intelligence. We're now piloting how to package it as a single REST API that any enterprise, retail chain, or government agency can integrate.

Built for privacy-first environments. No app required. Network-level detection.
